  • Responsibility for timely order processing, in particular invoicing on a national and international scale
  • Ensuring correct stock accounting
  • Contact person for accounting and sales tax issues along the supply chain management process chain and processing together with the finance and tax team
  • Purchasing planning, purchasing from our suppliers, the associated deadline tracking and invoice verification
  • Within the scope of order processing, regular exchange with our customers, partners, suppliers and internal employees and coordination of the cooperation
  • Administrative and organizational tasks and maintenance of our master data with the help of our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Taking over the SCM-specific reporting (e.g. disposal of old equipment, Intrastat)
  • Active participation in process improvements


  • Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk, tax specialist, accountant or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar field of activityExcellent comprehension skills and ability to familiarize yourself with new processes
  • Good knowledge of accounting (HGB, IFRS advantageous) and sales tax
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English and good written and spoken German for communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers
