Customer Service Representative

As Customer Service Representative at Enreach you are responsible for helping our customers to understand our products, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to possible complaints.


The Role

Being part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • The reception of requests from our customers by different means (telephone, mail...).
  • The Management of Inquiries and Incidents, conducting actions as:
    • Analyzing the information.
    • Identifying and managing the typology of the query or incident.
    • Executing the actions required to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Determining if specific technical treatment is required.
    • Informing and confirming with the customer the resolution of the case.
    • Registering the established solution and informing the customer of its resolution.
  • Configuration Management.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as part of a Customer Service team; experience in the telecommunications sector will be an asset.
  • You are familiar with the use of CRM or specific programs for incident management, with a high command of Excel.
  • You are a decisive person, persevering in problem solving, and with good communication skills.
  • You are a team player, with a clear customer orientation and a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • You are interested in learning about the technology services portfolio.
  • You can communicate in Spanish and English fluently: we are part of an international group and we want you to contribute with your vision to the team.
