We are a leading European provider of unified communications and cloud contact center solutions that contribute to optimal communication and collaboration in companies.

THE ROLE

  • Provide technical and staff leadership and development to the Support, Training, Pre-Sales & Telco Order Management teams
  • Ensuring the delivery performance of Enreach Support & Services
  • Establish regular reporting of Support & Services metrics
  • Bringing together and developing different, international teams within the Enreach group of companies 
  • Further development of employees and promotion of self-organized work within the teams
  • Further development of the education and training program
  • Interfacing with international support functions within the Enreach group of companies as well as outside distributors

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Professional and disciplinary management experience 
  • ​Many years of professional experience in IT / Telco Service and Support / Incident Management
  • Structural thinking and strong communication skills as well as empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire people
  • You enjoy working in an international team
  • You keep an overview and a cool head even in critical situations and escalations to ensure the success of the project
  • Business fluent in German and English
