HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you work in a fun team of HR colleagues and are the right hand of the HR Business Partners at Enreach in the Netherlands. We have more than 20 nationalities in our Dutch offices based in Almere, Houten, Drachten & Meppel. We are a fast-growing organization with innovative HR practices like Holacracy from which you can learn a lot. Taking initiative and ownership is much appreciated! Together with our HR Business Partners and Backoffice colleagues you will work on the day-to-day support of our team leads and employees.

 

The Role

As an HR advisor you provide front-line HR support and advice to the business in our self-organized organization. Our employees and team leads will know where to find you. This includes advice on HR policies, procedures & processes, employment law, performance management and contracts. You partner with our team leads and help them be the best leaders they can be, so they can enable our employees to be at their best. You explain our People processes and coach them on best practices.

You also handle most of the employee relations cases. Furthermore, you ensure that our HR processes and practices, like our Employee Manual, are up-to-date and compliant. There is also room to work on different HR-projects for NL, such as: employment conditions, internal communications, CSR, employee events, and much more.

Who are you?

You are an energetic, pro-active and authentic HR professional, driven by connecting people and achieving results. You consider yourself a pro-active and energetic individual, with a bit of humour, a lot of patience and a service minded attitude. A team player who makes things happen, enjoys influencing stakeholders, and knows how to motivate people.

 

You have excellent communication skills; a positive mindset and people feel free to approach you. You also give your (sometimes unpopular) opinion and manage expectations. You work in a structured and accurate way, are able to set priorities and say 'no' in time or ask for help.

Furthermore you have:

- Bachelor in HRM or similar;

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;

- Knowledge of and experience with the Dutch labor law, Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and social legislation;

- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;

- Preferably experience with AFAS.
