HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner you are a key player in our growing organisation to build an open and exciting culture and help establish agile HR processes. This is important as Enreach works self-organized through Holacracy. As HR you bring your knowledge of HR policies, -programs, laws and regulations and at the same time, you are eager to learn new ways of working. You stand strong in our dynamic environment and can connect with colleagues on different levels of the organisation.

 

The Role

  • HR Business Partner mainly for R&D of Enreach
  • Integrate acquisitions from a people point of view
  • Competence development, talent reviews, feedback events and performance management
  • Taking part in employee benefits related projects
  • Roll-out HR processes and programs in the Netherlands
  • Create meaningful human contact by being people centric.

Who are you?

You are an open minded and pragmatic HR Professional. You are able to find a good balance between firmness and flexibility. You feel energized in an innovative and evolving organization that constantly strives for further professionalization and growth.

You also have:

  • several years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within an organization with a higher educated and technical population
  • an academic thinking level
  • knowledge of employment conditions
  • a structured and data minded way of working
  • analytical skills
  • a good command of the Dutch and English language.
