As an HR Business Partner, you are an important player in our growing organization to build an open and exciting culture and set up agile HR processes. This is important because Enreach works self-organized through Holacracy. As HR you bring your knowledge of HR policies and programs and at the same time you are eager to learn new ways of working. You are strong in our dynamic environment and can connect with colleagues at different levels of the organization.
The HRBP will mainly focus on the Dutch teams of our global product development and global functions. Most of these teams are led from Almere, where are head office is located.
This makes that the HRBP will operate in a very diverse and international environment, and at the same time at the heart of the Enreach business. The teams consist of very talented and highly educated technical people, mostly software developers, product managers, program managers and operations people.
AS HRBP you are driving HR processes and projects to get the best out of our teams. What makes this role super interesting is that we have some very innovative HR practices around Holacracy, which you can learn to drive yourself.
