HR Manager

In your role as HR Manager in Dortmund you will work on the further development of the HR strategy, connect with stakeholders and develop innovative HR development measures.


The Role

  • Further development of HR strategy and related HR processes in the German organization, closely aligned with the international Enreach Talent Lab
  • Initial contact and interface with all stakeholders to actively advance the development of employees and divisions
  • Coordination and implementation of innovative HR development measures
  • Design, coordination and delivery of internal training, integrated with the Enreach Academy
  • Supporting the further development of the organization towards a holocratic learning culture
  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from clarifying staffing needs to accompanying applicant interviews and onboarding
  • Contributing to HR reports

Who are you?

  • Successfully completed degree in psychology, economics, social sciences or humanities, preferably with a specialization in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Initiative, solution-orientation and organizational talent are just as natural to you as the ability to adapt to a wide variety of target groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good English and German language skills
