Internal Communications Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Internal Communications professional to lead the Internal Communications strategy for Enreach.

Enreach is on an exceptional growth trajectory and requires a highly experienced internal communications lead to effectively deliver on its internal communications plan. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing (CMO) you will be expected to provide direction for the company’s internal communication plan and be responsible for delivering and facilitating internal communications, showing and telling stories that matter. You are working closely with a cross-border team of internal communications and marketing professionals. Together your most important goals to achieve are building employee engagement around common (strategic) goals and to help build one Enreach family, giving a voice to all employees and make them feel proud. 

The role

  • Lead the internal communications strategy for the Group, collaborating actively with the cross-border internal communication team.
  • Develop and execute communications across established as well as new channels for our internal audiences.
  • Contribute to writing and editing internal communications materials, reports, videos, and more.
  • Be the employee experience advocate, representing and protecting this through all strategies and decision-making.
  • Raise the bar on the team through passion for internal communications, willingness to take risk, impeccable judgement, and logic and care in decision-making.
  • Be accountable for reporting on internal communication success metrics against a clear set of OKRs as part of a data-driven Group Marketing team.
  • Ensure close alignment with the culture programmes and employee engagement initiatives driven by Group HR/ Talent Lab.
  • Be involved in and evolve the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) profile, collaborating on all initiatives related to CSR and employer brand.
  • Roll up sleeves and get work done, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.

Who are you?

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B (internal) communications role.
  • Passion for strengthening a group-wide culture and building community.
  • You have a track record in building internal communications initiatives that inspire employees.
  • Proven experience in successfully compiling, developing and executing on internal communications strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with different internal communications tooling such as Sharepoint, Yammer and webcasts.
  • An excellent communicator with a passion for storytelling. Able to craft engaging messages for any internal communications requirement.
  • Strong and empathic leader with an collaborative, proactive, flexible and can-do mentality, who is happy to work in a relatively flat and agile team.
  • A curious, intuitive, self-motivated and creative mind with the ability to influence others and getting people on board with an idea or direction.
