In this role your mission will be to help develop and maintain our omnichannel software solutions.

Working with the best European unified communication specialists and software engineers this platform will be greatly contributing to the product portfolio of Enreach. You will be part of the R&D Department and work on the lifecycle of development: definition of the specifications, development, documentation, tests. All in close collaboration with our software developers and global support teams. 

• Participating in the analysis and development of new functionalities of our omnichannel Cloud Contact Center product as well as in the digitization of related processes, with autonomy to investigate and apply the most appropriate solutions and methodologies.
• Providing ideas and suggestions for improvement in migration decisions of current applications to the microservices architecture.
• Actively communicating with the product area and the customer engineering department to propose improvements in the definitions.
• Being Agile and organizing under the Scrum Framework.

• You are a team player, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and decisive.
• You have at least three years’ experience develooping applications with the following technologies:
  • Java 8+
  • SpringBoot and its flavors (Data, Security, Cloud...)
  • JPA / Hibernate
  • MySQL / SQL
• You are passionate about new technologies, and enjoy doing research and discussing topics with your team.
• You are really willing to learn and grow professionally.
• You are familiar with agile work environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• You can fluently communicate in Spanish and English: we are part of an international group and we want you to share your vision with the team.
