One of Europe’s fastest growing UCAAS providers has an exciting opportunity to join their Group Finance team. The successful buy- and built strategy of Enreach results in a continuously moving organization and now the Group Finance team needs further strengthening of their (business) control function.

As Junior/Medior Group Business Controller you have a pivotal finance role within the international Group. All (financial) information and ‘decision-making information’ runs through the group finance circle. This circle currently consist of a number of (business) controllers and accountants. Due to rapid expansion of the Group the team needs further support.

This role requires an individual who likes to be challenged and embraces a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Key focus:

• Obtain a thorough understanding of one or more entities within the Enreach Group. Understand their effect on the Group and optimize business results and strategy through in-dept analysis of performance and workflow;
• Be the first point of contact for those entities and for other group functions;
• Prepare, and participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly review calls with local and group management;
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process;
• Support with acquisition integration
• Ad-hoc business and financial analysis for Senior Management
• Challenge local management on financial and commercial performance;
• Next to specific responsibilities for one or more entities you will also have a group-wide (financial) area of expertise like Cashflow & Balance Sheet management, internal controls or otherwise

• An open, enthusiastic attitude and down- to- earth mentality
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience and successes in a (business) control role preferably in an international organization
• Fluent in English, other European languages are considered a plus
• Financial control and data management experience is a plus
• University degree (Finance, Business administration, Accounting, etc.) preferably supplemented by , RA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar
