The position is part-time or full-time in Ratingen.

• Train our partners to use our web-based ordering and billing tool for telecommunication products, "Operator", with maximum success
• Provide in-depth technical know-how and support our partners in configuring and customizing Operator
• You are responsible for the monthly bill run in a team with colleagues
• Support our partners in billing processes to make them efficient and ensure cash flow
• You are in constant dialog with our partners so that they can successfully market our products in their own name
• Keep up to date with the latest news on our products in terms of order options and billing, and put them into practice in a profitable way
• Be a contact person and find efficient solutions to problems based on existing resources
• You develop a feeling for which improvements make our partners even more successful and initiate the implementation in cooperation with our product development team
• You act confidently towards our partners and actively manage their expectations
• You are in constant exchange with your internal interfaces in the direction of product management, sales and marketing

• You have successfully completed your training as an IT business administrator, bachelor's degree in business informatics or in a related IT field
• Ideally, you already have 2-3 years of professional experience
• You have a good understanding of commercial processes and business procedures, but are just as confident in the IT field.
• Previous experience in telephony and telecommunications will speed up your familiarization phase
• You have a talent for understanding complex issues quickly, explaining them in simple terms and, in combination with other requirements, finding quick, practical solutions
• You like dealing with people, you are looking for direct communication and you enjoy making our partners successful
• You are willing to visit our partners for training on site
• Working with MS Office products and collaboration tools is a matter of course for you
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
