Onboarding Coordinator

All Enreach new partners are onboarded with one goal: first time right. Partners therefore are onboarded as quickly and thoroughly as possible on the highest quality level.

Your mission will be to define and improve the Onboarding Program and provide our partners with the skills and knowledge they need to become successful at selling the French Contact SaaS solution.

You will work with the best European unified communication specialists and will be greatly contributing to the Sales success of the Enreach Contact SaaS offer.

The Role

  • Defining & improving continuously the Onboarding Program from Best Effort to First Time Right in order to provide the best Partner Onboarding Experience
  • Managing Onboarding planning & resources with Partner Recruiters
  • Organizing & giving Onboarding training to new Enreach partners
  • Building and continuously improving the content of Enreach Academy

Who are you?

  • 3+ years experience in channel management/support or customer success
  • Ability to offer best practice guidance and advice to partners to allow them to realize their ROI through Enreach
  • Obsessed by Partner Success
  • Kickstarter mindset
  • Experienced and comfortably interacting with C-level executives
  • Strong communication – written and verbal – & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and influence both Enreach and Partner resources to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience working with UCaaS/SaaS technology is desirable
  • BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Native French speaker. Full professional proficiency in English
