Partner Recruitment Lead

The Role

In this role your mission will be to build a strong professional sales network in order to maximize the number of Enreach partners and market share in France. You will work with the best European unified communication specialists and will be greatly contributing to the Sales success of the Enreach Contact offering in France. Your work:

  • Co-Defining and Executing the New Business Growth Strategy
  • Building and maintaining a strong professional sales network
  • Increasing market share in managed services through partner channel
  • Supporting & maintaining good relationships with ecosystem partners
  • Building and maintaining a funnel in CRM
  • Executing commercial deals with Prospects
  • Reporting on New Business sales results and the new business funnel Informing Marketing about impactful occurrences

Who are you?

  • You have a solid experience and a strong drive for Channel Recruitment.
  • You have ideally been working with Telecom Service Providers & IT distributors.
  • You have a track record of selling Software or As-a-Service Solutions
  • You have a creative and consultative selling approach.
  • Native French speaker. English full professional proficiency.
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical skills and capacity to challenge other departments with data.
  • Positive attitude and smiling are a must.
