Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Enreach you will be driving the development of our Cloud Contact Center solution to provide the best customer experience.

The Role

In this role, you will be:

  • Working together with the Design and Engineering teams to define complex technical solutions and turn them into scalable and reliable products.
  • Understanding our customers' needs to increase the value our solution can bring them through usage analysis and feedback analysis.
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts, including competitive analysis, product documentation and product marketing management tasks.
  • Maintaining constant communication on product development progress to stakeholders and leadership team.
  • Participating in the launch of new products and services, as well as analyzing their level of adoption.
  • Designing quality products that have a high impact on our customer base

Who are you?

  • You have completed studies in Telecommunications (or related disciplines).
  • You have worked as a Product Owner/Manager in a digital sector (telecommunications/IT) for at least five years, preferably in B2C sectors.
  • You are used to working with agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • You are enthusiastic, very communicative, and passionate about teamwork.
  • You hold experience in web application usage analysis to detect how to generate more value for our customers.
  • You must be fluent in Spanish and English: we are part of an international group and we want you to share your vision with the team.
