Product Sales Experts (combining Technical Presales & Account Management)

The Role

As part of the development of its activities, Enreach is looking for a Product Sales Expert Engineer i.e. Technical Presales & Technical Account Manager. As Product Sales Expert, the candidate will have to take on the following responsibilities:


  • Proactively support and assist Sales Managers to increase the company's revenues and achieve their objectives through both new deals and existing customer growth
  • Listen, understand and analyze the needs of prospects and customers, respond to their requests and to RFP/RFQ when needed, build up relationship with the prospect and customer technical experts and participate in the development of commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales manager. The employee will also be responsible for designing the most relevant technical solution and offer to meet the needs of prospects and customers and win new deals, ensuring the feasibility and profitability of the project for the company in conjunction with the technical management and its sales manager
  • Ensure a technological watch on all market developments and in particular ensure the follow-up of the competition offers
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and any event likely to enrich the Company's knowledge of the market
  • Support Sales Managers with prospects, customers and partners by giving the most favorable image possible of Enreach and its Product offers by:

Ø  Answering questions from prospects, customers and partners and convincing them with relevant advice and technical arguments

Ø  Conducting quality product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, customers and partners, both at the decision-making and end-user levels

Ø  Performing webinars and trainings to prospect/customer/partner decision-makers and users

Ø  Collaborating with the Customer Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction during all the phases of the customer deployment and development cycle

Ø  Providing feedback and expertise to the Product Management and Technical teams on the deployment, and development of new products or/and on the improvement of the existing ones.

Who are you?

  • First successful experience as a pre-sales engineer at a Telecom or Software vendor or Service Provider
  • Good French and English communication skills
  • Trustworthy and Persuasive
  • A deep sense of responsibility, ability to escalate internal problems
  • Good understanding of IT Systems and IP Networks (DHCP, DNS, IP,...)
  • Knowledge of Voice over IP architectures and protocols (SIP, IMS …) is a serious advantage
  • Engineer i.e. Bac (or A-level equivalent) + 5 years
