Project Leader Voice & Mobile

As a UC and telecommunications provider voice and mobile services can be seen as our core products. Within Group Operations you will be responsible to monitor all deliverables of the combined Voice and Mobile Infrastructure teams. This role could also be described as Product Owner. Within larger (international) projects you will act as Project Manager. Your main goal is to actively facilitate the technical teams and to drive predictive delivery, all within a dynamic and rapidly growing European organization!

The Role

  • Working with the Lead Link to establish a concise and transparent view on deliverables, priorities and timing of the cross functional team.
  • Manage deliverables towards internal and external organizations, as part of larger projects that have Voice / Mobile infra contributions.
  • Manage dependencies with deliverables of other (internal/external) organizations as part of joint projects.
  • Developing, establishing and maintaining an efficient framework to track, manage and provide transparency about all deliverables in the Voice / Mobile infra domain (Scrum, Kanban, Gantt).
  • Serving as a liaison between different parties in cross organizational projects.

Who are you?

  • Experienced as a Project Leader or Product Owner within technical environments.
  • Proven experience in tools (e.g. Jira) and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) to efficiently track and manage deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and subsequently propose solutions.
  • You possess great communication, organization and time management skills.
  • You are a proactive, inquisitive and analytical servant leader. 
  • Having worked in telecommunications and/or high growth environments and/or multinational virtual teams would be beneficiary.
  • Highly proficient in English and preferably a second European language.
