Sales Director

As Sales Director at Enreach you are the sales motor behind our Partner management organization. You play an important role in advising our Key Partners how to accelerate and grow their business and transform their portfolio to a more software focused portfolio. With your positive, can-do mentality you are able to inspire your team of 12 Partner Managers to achieve great commercial successes. For Enreach as well as for our partners.

The Role

As Sales Director you have a double role. You are responsible for managing the Enreach Partner management team and you are a strategic sparring partner for our key partners. Keeping an eye out for all stakeholders you are able to solve complex and challenging issues. You are involved in all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You create partnerships and you play an important part in establishing, managing and further developing the relationship between Enreach and her partners.

You understand the Partners needs and you understand where you can add value to the Partners’ organization:

  • You coach and advise the Enreach Partner Management team.
  • You also coach and advise the channel partners organization in making strategic portfolio choices and market approach.
  • You recognize mutual interests between the Partner and Enreach.
  • You make sure that opportunities will be seized and business goals and objectives are achieved. All in co-creation with the partner organization and with the internal teams of Enreach like: marketing, support and delivery.

Who are you?

You are an experienced, pro-active and self-motivated manager indirect sales. Ambitious, results focussed with a clear perspective on developments in the (tele) communications market (Converged Contact Solutions). You are able to inspire a team of experienced Partner Managers. You foresee channel conflicts and are able to qualify new business opportunities. You are a self-propelling problem solver with a commercial and creative mindset, able to negotiate and convince.

You also have:

  • A proven track record of being a successful Partner Sales manager
  • Working experience in ICT, Cloud, Telco is ‘ nice to have’ ;
  • Experience with new business development, account management and upselling;
  • Excellent arithmetic skills;
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment;
  • good command of the Dutch and English language.
