Salesforce is strongly focusing on voice capabilities and Benemen is one of the chosen partners in the Service Cloud Voice BYOT (Bring-your-own-telephony) concept. The voice channel will be a native part of Omni-Channel, include advanced real-time transcription and be powered with AI.
You are the Architect / Lead Developer specialising in developing our "BeneVoice" for Salesforce product, available in the AppExchange. The product area is in a highly developing stage with upcoming Service-Cloud-Voice –concept including real-time transcription, AI capabilities, enhanced Omnichannel routing etc.
Your daily tasks are designing the architecture, developing and maintaining the functionality inside Salesforce and also working with the integrations to our core system and webphone application.
You also take part in the future roadmap planning which is led by the Product Owner.
You will enjoy full support from the business and will work closely with the development teams and the product owner, you are in a key role to impact the way the product is developed further.
