You will be in the heart of the team, knowing every beat of it, and have the task of keeping every beat steady and in time. To achieve this you will;

• Facilitate team building, meetings and much more
• Daily you will coach all of us to be self-steering but also help us to get on with what we do best, you will do this on both individual and team levels.
• Act as sounding a board for ideas and tensions you will constantly align the team and drive them forward
• Set Scrum practices
• Act as a clear concise communicator for the team and within the team

• You are curious and self-driven, working with people brings you joy and gives you new ideas for developing yourself and improving processes surrounding our teams.
• Communicating with different people in different positions, and with different opinions is your cup of tea and you are aware people express themselves in different ways
• You speak the language of developers, product owners, QAs and more (you don’t have the have technical knowledge through and through but can communicate with the guru’s )
• If agility is in your core, and if you think that a framework is just a tool to get the team to working, then you are the person for us.
