As our new Quality and Security Officer you will join our security team to ensure Enreach meets strict security standards and adheres to well-designed and well-documented business processes.

This is an extremely varied role but your key priorities will include;

• Keeping clients and end-users safe from any potential internal/external threats
• Scanning/Identifying and logging potential security risks and maintaining a clear overview of company risks and guiding on how to resolve and minimize them
• Responding to both internal and external requests regarding security matters
• internally raising awareness on Security topics
• Ensuring processes comply with high-quality standards and are well documented
• Leading the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the ISMS and QMS based on the ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards, including certification;
• Consulting with key stakeholders to Design, refine and publish workflow processes
• Pushing towards process autonomy and self-steering
• Creating and optimizing business workflows
• Creating vendor quality checklist and organizing periodic vendor reviews
• Describing, implementing, controlling and refining the maintenance/change processes needed to meet the quality requirements
• Establishing Service Level Objectives and Indicators (SLO & SLI) to strike a perfect balance between building new features and working on reliability

Along with experience/education in compliance/business processes OR experience/education in IT security, you are;

• Technically minded with an understanding of technology and security OR have security knowledge and an interest in process improvement and quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to act in a consultative role
• Thorough in your documentation skills and have keen attention to detail
• Able to keep multiple projects driving forward at one time
• Dutch language skills would be preferred
• Currently located in NL and are legally permitted to work here
