As our Service Manager, you are the linking pin between our customers and our organisation. Main objective of this role is to support and continuously improve the quality of our service delivery to our customers.
With your Service Management skills, you will be in lead to enhance and improve our internal organisation enabling our customers to get the best out of our Service Delivery team. You are 'the eyes and ears' of our organisation when it comes to understanding our customers and market developments.
More specifically, among your responsibilities will be the following:
