Service Manager

As our Service Manager, you are the linking pin between our customers and our organisation. Main objective of this role is to support and continuously improve the quality of our service delivery to our customers.


The role

With your Service Management skills, you will be in lead to enhance and improve our internal organisation enabling our customers to get the best out of our Service Delivery team. You are 'the eyes and ears' of our organisation when it comes to understanding our customers and market developments.

More specifically, among your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Guarding and improving the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and its quality;
  • The service performance to our customers is (pro-)actively monitored, reported on and improved continuously;
  • Setting up reoccurring meetings with our top tier customers to learn of their service experience and ways we can improve it;
  • As a linking pin you will be in close contact with both our Sales- and Product departments;
  • Responsible for the internal processes of incident- and problem management;

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree knowledge level;
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role;
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch;
  • You have working knowledge of service management tools and their implementation;
  • You have organizational sensitivity as well as commercial sensitivity;
  • You know how to work with, guide and influence important stakeholders to your projects;
  • You are a relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels;
