As our new Systems Engineer (Nordics) you will join a small team responsible for operating and maintaining real-time E4E products, which are deployed as SaaS software, run both in private and public clouds.

You’ll be maintaining the whole system infrastructure including the servers, software installations, and setting up the connectivity between systems as well as the availability for the user community.

Your key responsibilities include;

• Daily operations with E4E products
  • Monitoring service functionality
  • Maintaining infrastructure; Servers, network, firewalls, and external connections
  • Following security and privacy status
  • Handling 3rd-level support tasks
  • Technical documentation
• Technical support for sales, presales, and CXM
• Design of technical environments and architectures

The preferred location is our E4E office in Copenhagen. Other locations in Denmark, Sweden, or Finland can be also considered, but you will occasionally be required to travel to the physical data centers (in Copenhagen)

Our new team member is an analytical thinker with an ability to apply logic and analysis in planning and decision-making, above this, you have enthusiasm towards technology and innovation.

What you bring

• Expertise on modern cloud-based services (Primarily Amazon AWS-, secondary Ms Azure services)
• Expertise of modern database services (MS SQL and/or MySQL database environments)
• Good skills in network architectures (Routing, zones, access control & security)
• Good skills in Microsoft server infrastructure
• Good skills in Linux OS environments
• Good English language skills (both written and spoken) additional language skills (Danish/Swedish/Finnish) are considered a plus

Any experience with the following will also be seen as a plus, or perhaps these are things you are looking forward to working with;
