In your role as Technical Engineer at Enreach Dortmund, you are the contact person for our partners when they have no further solution. You are an expert in our products and passionate about solving problems.

• You dive deep into the analysis of problems when software and hardware problems occur, try to understand complex technical interrelationships and work out solutions
• You get to the bottom of complex error scenarios by re-enacting them in our test lab, documenting bug fixes in our ticket system and maintaining a professional exchange with your colleagues and partners
• You work in manufacturer support and support partners in the configuration of demanding scenarios in the field of IP telephony.

• You have a technical degree (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering) as well as several years of professional experience
• You have already gained experience in telephony (PBX systems and their interfaces such as ISDN, SIP) and would now like to delve even deeper into the topic of VoIP as an expert
• You like to face the challenge of complex technical problems, which you can solve with your deep understanding of TCP/IP and analysis methods (Wireshark, Netmon, Linux, Windows, SQL etc.)
• You enjoy digging around in the dark VPN tunnels and want to deal with current virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare, HyperV)
• Very good language skills in German and good English skills
