VoIP Engineer

As a VoIP Engineer at Enreach you are responsible for developing new features and projects related to our products, mainly Cloud Contact Center, Virtual PBX and IVR services. You will be also restoring and mantaining the operation of the services that we offer to our customers.

The Role

In the short run (your first year):

  • You will provide third-level support: management of platform incidents of the different services, restoration of the service, reporting of incidents.
  • You will prepare proposals for improvement.
  • You will participate in the planning and execution of technological projects.
  • You will document internal processes, projects and procedures.
  • You will manage the various IT platforms of the company: systems, networks, databases, backups, and security.
  • You will lead preventive and corrective interventions.
  • You will work in a multicultural environment with cross-cutting projects

In the long run: you will be one of our referents in VoIP. (In order to fulfill this mission, you will obtain a training plan that will allow you to acquire the necessary knowledge).

  • You will manage Enreach's multi-tenant platform on which we offer our products: Cloud Contact Center, Virtual PBX and IVR services.
  • You will participate in the evolution and maintenance of the VoIP and webRTC platform based on Asterisk PBX and Kamailio SIP Proxy on Linux.
  • You will provide contact center solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • You will participate in the conception of projects in a multidisciplinary team: developers, DevOps, sysadmins, security and VoIP.
  • You will reinforce the team, on rotation, in the 24x7 platform support.

Who are you?

  • You are a team player, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and decisive.
  • You have worked at least 3 years as a Linux Systems Administrator, performing Support positions, used to be on call.
  • You have extensive knowledge or experience in SIP, Asterisk and WebRTC
  • You are willing to develop your professional career towards the future of VoIP and WebRTC communications.
  • We will value experience and / or knowledge in:
    • Virtualization.
    • Network design and administration.
    • Administration of web and application servers (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss).
    • High availability / cluster architectures.
    • Monitoring tools (OpenNMS, Nagios, Cacti).
    • Backup and Disaster Recovery.
    • SAN / iSCSI storage networking.
    • Solutions in Public Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure).
    • Firewalls, VPNs, traffic-shaping and VLANS.
  • You can communicate in Spanish and English fluently: we are part of an international group and we want you to share your vision with the team.
