VoIP Technical Support

As a VoIP Support Technician at Enreach you are responsible for restoring the operation of the services that we offer to our customers, ensuring the proper functioning of these, mainly Cloud Contact Center, Virtual PBX and IVR services.

The Role

Being part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Carry out the management and resolution of incidents in the established SLAs.
  • Document incidents, processes, and projects
  • Participate in the implementation of VoIP projects on the customer's network infrastructure. If necessary, you will have to rethink and recommend changes to be applied in the customer's network for the correct operation of our services.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective interventions.
  • On-call to cover local holidays.
  • You will work in a multicultural environment providing cross support between group companies. 

Who are you?

  • You are a team player, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and decisive.
  • You have at least two years’ experience in the functions described, performing Support positions.
  • Experienced in management of VoIP systems, PBX.
  • Notions of SQL and Linux databases.
  • Demonstrable experience in VoIP.
  • Valuable studies in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
  • You can communicate in Spanish and English fluently: we are part of an international group and we want you to contribute with your vision to the team.
