Enreach, the fast-growing European contact leader backed by the independent investment group, Waterland Private Equity (“Waterland”), has today announced the commercial availability of Enreach Unified Platform (“Enreach UP”) for the service provider market. Being debuted at Mobile World Congress, Enreach UP is a cloud-native platform supporting communication, collaboration and productivity. This major milestone for Enreach integrates best-in-class technologies from businesses across the group and is the foundation for future faster innovation and continuous delivery.

After the successful acquisition of masvoz (November 2019), one of the leading CCaaS focused cloud communications providers in Spain, the acquisition of Telsome enhances Enreach’s Spanish footprint with new MVNO capabilities and a successful SME channel. This will enable Enreach to accelerate the rollout of its converged contact portfolio into the Spanish market in 2022 including its leading integrated mobile solutions, all delivered by the group’s unified platform.

Enreach, the fast-growing European unified communications and cloud contact centre group, reaches another important milestone in its integration strategy by bringing Benemen under the Enreach group brand. Based in Helsinki and Stockholm, the company has been part of Enreach since May 2021 and is adopting the group’s name and operating as Enreach from 13 December 2021.

Snom Technology, the IP phone specialist, announces that many of its IP phones have been certified on the UCaaS ISTRA platform by Enreach. In this way, partners and their customers can now benefit from SNOM’s DECT wireless and wired phones, carrier-class devices designed for mass rollouts.
