How did Enreach UK help

R G Wilbrey, health and safety consultants based in Wolverhampton, moved their IT services to Enreach following a successful move with their phone system a few months prior. The company required a full suite of IT services to work in perfect unison with their existing telephony solution.

The company initially joined Enreach in the search for new, modern desk phones that would better suit their organisation and replace the outdated technology that they were relying on. The organisation was looking for a provider with outstanding customer service to rely on to replace the shortcomings of their existing supplier, something that Enreach prides itself on.

The company now has a telephone system that permits them to transfer calls as opposed to disconnecting them. The technology in place allows their teams to participate in things such as video conferencing which they found especially useful during the national lockdown.

Since moving their IT services to Enreach, R G Wilbrey has achieved a more secure IT system with new servers and a support team in place that is able to be on hand to answer any questions. In addition, the business was able to save money by moving not only their phone system and IT services to Enreach, but their business mobiles too.
