Enreach introduces Enreach Contact App Suite

Almere 13 December 2023 – Enreach, Europe’s leading provider of converged contact solutions, unveils its dynamic new Enreach Contact App Suite, which features an improved Desktop App, new Mobile Apps for iOS and Android devices, and an embedded Teams App. The solution enables customers to integrate Enreach’s advanced voice and call control features with the Microsoft Teams collaboration capabilities.

By offering Teams and upcoming CRM integration options, the App Suite marks the next step in Enreach's longstanding commitment to enhance operational efficiency and support businesses’ digital transformation. The App Suite offers users seamless access to essential communications and productivity tools – regardless of location and device. It will be available to customers in early 2024.

Launch in early 2024

The new Enreach Contact App Suite is currently undergoing field tests and will be launched in early 2024.
