Within Reach Group invests in strategic collaboration with i4IP

Almere, May 8, 2018 - Within Reach Group (WRG), parent company of Voiceworks, Xenosite, Intercity, Summa Networks and Summa, acquires a majority stake in i4IP. The Almere-based full service IT provider continues to operate completely independently, retains its management and continues under its own label. 

i4IP and Summa i4IP is a leading provider of high quality VoIP, data, mobile and hosting services, founded in 2008. Since then, the company has specialised in offering innovative communication solutions and has worked with specialised partners to sell its services. i4IP employs 27 people. 

For i4IP, joining WRG means deepening the pre-existing relationship with Summa, the software company within WRG. i4IP has been using the complete Unified Communicationss-as-a-Service (UCaaS) platform for its entire portfolio since 2015. The integration should strengthen and accelerate the already launched growth strategy of i4IP. 

Scaling up Following the recent acquisition of Intercity, the collaboration with i4IP, for WRG represents a further investment in volume and reach in the IT and telecom market. Martijn van der Pas, CFO of Within Reach Group, explains the growth strategy: "In a strongly consolidating market it is important to join forces and achieve scale together.
