Voiceworks becomes Enreach

Fast-growing group pushes its unified branding across Europe 

Dortmund/Erkrath, 01.04.2022 - Voiceworks becomes Enreach: The company takes over the name of its group and will operate as Enreach Communications GmbH in future.  

The two German companies of the European group Enreach, Voiceworks and Enreach (until 2021: Swyx Solutions) GmbH, have grown together closely in recent years. Therefore, they will also present themselves united under the common name Enreach and a uniform brand umbrella in the German-speaking market. At the same time, Voiceworks in the Netherlands will also change its name to Enreach.

By combining the individual strengths of all Enreach companies and the diverse synergies within our group, our partners and customers now benefit even more directly from our comprehensive solution expertise, which is unique in Europe. At the same time, our wholesale partners can of course rely on us to continue to consistently align our offering to make them successful and support them in their business," says Christoph Wichmann, Managing Director of Voiceworks GmbH. 

Solutions that bring people into contact 

Enreach offers its partners and customers a broad portfolio of solutions for the digitalisation of communication and collaboration. The offering ranges from unified communications - from the cloud, as an in-house installation and in a hybrid model - to collaboration solutions, cloud contact centre services as well as AI-based chat and voicebots and connectivity services. "Enreach is the European brand that brings people together. Our solutions bring people closer together, no matter where they are or what device they use, so that real added value is created through communication," Christoph Wichmann explains Enreach's claim. 

ICT resellers can expand their offering through a partnership with Enreach and benefit from the fast-growing cloud communications market. A white label option allows them to act as a stand-alone provider to their customers.  

The rebranding changes little for Voiceworks' wholesale partners. All existing contracts remain valid unchanged. Partners can find detailed information on the InTouch partner portal.
