Dynamics 365 Specialist

You are an Dynamics 365 Specialist and know a lot about the different components. In unfamiliar area, you proactively conduct research or collaborate with our external vendor, managing the relationship effectively. The next step in your career will be the technical and functional lead for a complex Dynamics ecosystem with multiple environments, moving it towards excellence. THE ROLE

As our Dynamics 365 Specialist you are in charge of our Dynamics ecosystem with multiple environments including all components. You have ideas how to optimize the environments, including  attached tooling and how to improve customer experience by happily assisting your colleagues with their challenges.

While your main office is in Almere, you will also work closely together with multiple teams in all our other European offices. Together with these teams you will lead migration projects from non- and local dynamics components towards Dynamics 365 within the Enreach Microsoft 365 tenant and achieving as much synergy as possible.

You will play an important role in bringing our Dynamics environment to the next level.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Optimizing and improving procedures, tooling and customer experience regarding Dynamics
  • Designing solutions and implementing Dynamic components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics
  • Stay updated on industry standards regarding Dynamic
  • Thinking along on plans in the area of the Enreach application landscape
  • Optimizing the Dynamics license environment
  • Stakeholder management and reporting
  • Training 1st line and handling 2nd line Dynamics support
  • Managing our 3rd line external vendor support

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a skilled and transparent communicator with a service oriented mindset. You have an independent and proactive work attitude. It is especially nice if you are interested in and/or experienced with the Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot or Dynamics Business Central.

Besides this you have:

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in the field of Dynamics CRM (Marketing, Sales and Customer Service) 
  • Are familiar with business processes, streamlining, and optimizing operations
  • High analytical skills
  • High customer orientation
  • Knowledge of the latest Microsoft products and technologies
  • Knowledge/experience with Windows Server/Azure/Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications is also a plus
  • Independent and proactive work attitude
