Software Development, Holacracy and Agility as DNA of Summa Communications

Our colleagues Alberto Quiles, Scrum Master, and Nisa Luis, Human Resources, recently participated in the “Made in Malaga” series of Canal Málaga Radio. In the interview they explained what we do at Summa Development Labs and what differentiates us from other companies in our sector.

Summa is a very international company, specialized in the development of software for the telecommunications market. We work agile and with the most innovative technologies in order to bring our software solutions fast to the market.

We also speak about Holacracy, the revolutionary system our company works with. In a Holacratic system, traditional decision-making is removed from the top of the organization, and distributed amongst employees, who hold ‘roles’ with ‘accountabilities’.
